1) How long have you been doing this?
I started my photography venture in 2006 after I had moved from Poland to the UK.
2) Where is your funny accent from?
I was born in Poland. Polish is my first language and someday I may learn English as well.
3) How long before the pictures will be ready?
It depends on the service but in most cases, pictures are ready within 24 to 72 hours.
4) Do I need to pay a deposit?
Again, that depends on the project. For a small project, I usually do not take any money upfront but for a bigger project, I might do.
5) What If I need to cancel the shoot?
You can cancel the shoot up to 24 hours prior. No charge and no strings attached. If you want to cancel within less than 24h period, I may suggest rescheduling or charging you a small fee.
6) What if I don’t like the pictures or videos?
I will do my best to make sure I provide the highest quality service and products, but if for some reason you don’t like it, I will give you the option to reshoot or get a refund. I want you to know that you are not risking any money by hiring me.
7) Do you have a studio?
Yes and no. I do have a small home studio that is designed for product photography only. I mostly shoot clients at their offices or nice locations like hotels, I have a list of hotels I cooperate with. If a studio is required I can hire one.
